We invite your entire family to come out 5k run, 8mile bike 400m swim.

Kids- 1 mile run, 3 mile bike, 250m swim.

USAT sanctioned.

All proceeds benefit the Pleasant Grove Swim Team!

Only online registration this year.

No race day registration will be accepted.

USAT Membership required, kids race $20, adults race$35 Adult Relays: $30 a team member.
